Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled. However, they may be modified for valid reasons by emailing customerservice@bossbabesznllc.com

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time. 

SHIPPING TIME:

All orders are shipped with USPS.  
Ground Advantage : 2-5 business days* 

Orders $100+ may require a signature at delivery.

BBS is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders that are returned back to us due to an insufficient address or unclaimed package will be subject to a 10% restock fee. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, they will be responsible for the reshipment fee*.

*NOTE : Shipping fees vary by the weight of the package.
